Dixie Minnesang
Dixie Minnesang

Office Manager

Dixie Minnesang worked with Mike Noon at the prior firm for the last eight years and is thankful to be part of his team as Office Manager.  She brings her ‘customer-first’ attitude and attention to detail to Noon & Associates CPAs.  Her background includes administrative, marketing & accounting support for a multi-unit restaurant group, a real estate development company, and her husband’s horticultural business.

Her primary responsibilities include coordinating clients’ tax returns, managing accounts receivables, and general support to the accounting staff. She is dedicated to excellent client service and facilitating the growth and success of the firm.

Having lived in Temecula for 30 years with her husband Dave, Dixie is thankful that her adult daughters and parents all live within minutes.  With two grandsons under two, any day might include family time, which is her favorite pastime; others being gardening, camping, traveling, and sharing a good Cabernet with friends.  Family, faith & the importance of volunteering has always steered her free time and she attributes this to her joyful spirit.

Kelly Noon
Kelly Noon

Staff Accountant

Kelly was born and raised in Canyon Lake and is a graduate of Temescal Canyon High School. She attended Azusa Pacific University and earned a Liberal Studies degree in Education. Kelly used her degree for 11 years as a substitute teacher throughout the Temecula/ Murrieta area. Eventually, Kelly realized that she had a higher calling and decided to be a stay at home mom for her three beautiful daughters: Krislyn, Addie, and Brooklyn (“Coco”).

Kelly has a heart for caregiving, hospitality, and service. Her thoughtful nature makes her a great wife, caring mother, and an amazing friend.  When she is not helping team members of the firm or tending for the needs of her family (which, lets face it, does not leave her a lot of spare time), Kelly enjoys taking part in exercise classes, family bike rides, spending quality times with friends, and spending as much time as possible at the beach.

Krislyn Highsmith

Staff Accountant

Krislyn was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from Temecula Valley High School in 2017. She attended University of California-Santa Barbara and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Brain Sciences in 2021. In college, Krislyn played on the Club Soccer team for 3 years while also serving at a local restaurant.

After college, Krislyn had the opportunity to explore the accounting industry while she navigated post-graduation life back home. She now resides in San Diego and regularly commutes into the office. In her downtime, you can find Krislyn exercising, at a Padre game, or exploring all San Diego has to offer.

Catie Scrima
Catie Scrima

Bookkeeper

Catie was born and raised in Murrieta and graduated from Murrieta Valley High School sometime after Britney Spears hit the scene, but before the iPhone dropped. She married her best friend, Andy, who still makes her laugh, even twelve years and four kids later. Now Andy and Catie are living their best life in Montana, where there is more than enough space for her boys (Drew, Liam, Keith, and Eli) to run around, and enough property to entice family and friends from California to come visit.

Catie wears many hats—wife, mom, PTC treasurer—she truly is a renaissance woman. But between juggling her busy household and volunteering, she also works remotely doing bookkeeping for our office. She is the magical “elf” who quietly services your accounts on a monthly basis to ensure that all your records are up to date and balanced. So even though you may not see her, if your ledgers are balanced, then you know Catie’s been there. She has enjoyed her job with Noon & Associates CPAs so much that she’s also planning to add another hat in the very near future: A graduation cap! Catie is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree as she pursues a future career in Accounting.

Catie spends her free time caring for her beautiful property, hanging with her boys, hiking, kayaking and playing volleyball. (Just kidding, she doesn’t have free time.) But she does enjoy a good challenge, and she is soaking up as much as she can in this new career.
